Absolutely the best! There is not enough room here for me to tell you how wonderful this tour was. Alice Rossi loves what she does, and it shines through. We had an amazing day with her and her beautiful smile, that we saw when she met us at the train, remained with her all day. We visited a Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese maker, then on to a Parma Ham/Culatello producer, next to an Organic winery and last to the Fontanellato Castle. In between, she took us to an adorable little cafe for coffee and Pastries where we met some wonderful ladies. By the time the day was finished, we felt like old friends and were filled with so much knowledge. Thank you for a memory that will last us a lifetime.

Fantastic and Delicious (with Giorgia)! This tour was a highlight of our trip in Italy. We went on the Culatello mon amour Tour with Giorgia. Giorgia is knowledgeable about the production of Parmigiano Reggiano and Culatello in Parma and clearly takes pride in the region. The tour ended with a trip to a winery where the owner guided us through the wine making process and explored wine tasting with us. Every aspect of the tour was wonderful and informative; we highly recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.

Star your visit of Parma with Valeria! Our guide, Valeria Taiani met my wife and I at our B&B near Piazza Garibaldi for a half day walking tour of Parma. Valeria was the best, personable, and spoke excellent English with a charming Italian accent. Some of the places we visited were Teatro Farnese, Camera Di San Paolo, and the Cattedrale di parma with Correggio’s impressive frescos.
It was great having our own personal guide, someone steeped in the art, culture and history of the city. If you plan on visiting Parma (you should) I highly recommend to having Valeria Taiani show you around. You will have a great day and at the same time learn so much while enjoying the company of Valeria.

Fantistic Tour, Fabulous tour guide! Alice’s tour is an absolute must-do – it’s the best tour we have ever done (and we have done a few!). Alice is so genuinely friendly and very knowledgeable – she seems to know the answer to any question you could possibly dream up! Her passion also shines through and engages you in the narrative – we’re food lovers but weren’t sure how interested we’d be in the process behind it; Alice made it so interesting, and we loved it. Her English is also impeccable. Plus, the lunch was delicious and generous in size. We can’t thank you enough Alice!

We absolutely loved Parma because of Alice. She is an energetic, young and beutiful person, inside and out. She designed a two day tour for my husband and I that was aboslutely fantastic. My husband whom never says anything, said that Alice was absolutely the best guide we ever had. She takes you to the Parma area like you are her good friend versus a client.

Loved our time with Exploraemilia! My family (2 boys ages 11 and 13) spent the morning with Giorgia and had a wonderful time. We visited a Parmesan dairy, the castle, and then had an amazing lunch. Giorgia was really knowledgeable and fun to be with. We learned a lot and ate it all up! Literally.
