Parma Experience is an exclusive, fully immersive dive in Parma food culture and life style! Four days to really enjoy a unique experience!

We decided to create a very exclusive program to help you discover all the excellences that our area  has to offer, together with its real vibes. Exclusive yes, but do not run away thinking of excessive luxury, we are aiming for something real, you will receive all our attention of course but our plan is to let you experience something more authentic! We will have fun buying fresh ingredients, for fantastic cooking classes, at local markets. We will visit small and organic producers of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Culatello, Truffles and of course, we will discover a Traditional Balsamic Vinegar producer in order to learn and taste this precious black syrup. Parma local wines will be part of our days because it’s always wine o’clock during a foodies Parma experience!

The accommodation we selected for you is simply perfect… elegant, spacious and stylish rooms that at the same time are warm like home! Imagine a lovely portico opening on a lush garden, with a swimming pool as well, just in case you need a relaxing swim! The breakfast is the highlight: the owner is a very passionate cook and she prepares every day fresh cookies, pastries, homemade savoury cakes with ingredients she personally buys  from local  farms, such as fresh eggs, ricotta, cheese and fruits! This gorgeous location will be the setting of some of your family style dinners: hands-on cooking classes preparing typical dishes, all together with the owner and her family, drinking good wines carefully selected by us to create emotions!

According to the season, we will arrange Parmigiano Reggiano cheese tour, Culatello tour, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar tasting, truffles hunting in the wood lead by dogs, Parma ham tour and the unmissable Parma city tour to admire the main monuments, taste some of our local street food and wander in the narrow and elegant alleys of this “little capital”.

All these experiences will be in a private, small group and the goal would be to spend 4 days in Parma as a local!
