Parma Experience is an exclusive, fully immersive dive in Parma food culture and life style! Three days to really enjoy a unique experience!

Elena from Villino di Porporano and I, Alice, are delighted to welcome you to our three special days of Italian experience in our hometown, Parma. Join us to discover the food capital of Italy, Parma, through its welcoming people, tasty cuisine and local culture!

Immerse yourself in this culinary journey like no other, where every bite tells stories, traditions, passion and authenticity. We will take you to discover our famous products such as Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Parma ham and Traditional balsamic vinegar meeting the artists that are making them as a family tradition. We will wander through Parma’s charming streets, where every corner reveals hidden gems waiting to be explored and the local people can’t wait to share their stories with you.

This is an intimate experience up to 8 guests that will create unforgettable memories.

Activities: Alice will guide you to explore every single stop with passion and smiles: *Visit of Parma and its monuments, alleys and people, including food tastings during the tour; *Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Parma ham & Traditional balsamic vinegar experience in small, organic family run producers, where Carlo, Silvana and Alessandra can’t wait to welcome you; *Truffles hunting in the Parma hills with Lola, the cutest dog of the world, followed by a rich home-made lunch based on black truffles prepared by Francesco and his mamma Marta; *Family style cooking class in our private quaint villa with Elena including premium Alice's private cellar wine pairings *Two dinners in local trattorias where only the best Parma produces are used
